On account of World Book Day...  

Screen saver

It was long time ago that

I have never  slept without watching digital screen,

It was long time ago that

I have slept while talking, staring stars or even risen up with morning sun shine.

Aren’t we a CCTV  at day time

& owl at a time of sleep.

So many screens,

Which were king of one day story.

Which is now a history,

Torned jeans are not cool now

They give abnormal tan on my knee.

Let me love myself, oh dear

Let me fight my anxiety…

Its too boring to pretend in each post

& to go to cry on some unknown coast.   

Lets not sleep with screens now

Lets have some humans besides too

Or why not open bookshelves

Try to read a page or few

And try to help yourselves… 

Happy world Book Day...   

Lets Not be one get possessive about  screensaver

and be a Book lover instead.
